The 1. German Open for players Elo 1900-2149 is open to all players from the federations belonging to the Iccf and players from countries that do not have their own federation,who have Elo 1900-2149

The tournament will be organized from TO Manfred Scheiba and IA Michael Schirmer in Grup Elo 1900-2149 with the SILLI system 10 games

The tournament will be played on ICCF server..
